Account Creation

• You may sign up with an email/password or Google Sign-In
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure

Account Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breach
• Do not share your account or credentials
• One account per user only

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false info
• Commit fraud or illegal activity
• Misuse the App or attempt to hack it

Monthly Subscription

• Premium features are accessible via monthly billing
• Managed by RevenueCat and Google Play
• Auto-renew unless canceled
• Cancel anytime via Google Play settings

Billing

• All charges are in IDR and paid in advance
• Prices may change with 30-day notice
• Failed payments may pause your subscription

Refund Policy

• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy
• We may consider refund requests for valid technical issues

Free Trial

• If a trial is offered, it will be communicated clearly
• One free trial per user
• Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges

You Must Not:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Post or transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the App or network
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Circumvent subscription/paywall mechanisms
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users
• Use automation, bots, or scraping tools
• Upload offensive or illegal content

We may remove offending content or ban users violating these rules.

Content You Own

You retain all rights to:

• Game scores
• Statistics
• Profile data
• Custom content (if applicable)

Content You Share

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process content you upload, strictly for App functionality.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree:

• They are voluntary and non-confidential
• We may use them without restriction or compensation

Finus Labs IP

All rights to the App, including logos, software, databases, and UI, are owned by Finus Labs or its licensors.

You may not use our branding or content without explicit permission.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

The App uses services provided by:

• Firebase (authentication, analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscription)
• Google Play (billing)

We are not responsible for third-party terms, performance, or data handling. You are subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information.

By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

By You

You may stop using the App at any time. You can:

• Cancel your subscription via Google Play
• Request account deletion by contacting us

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• We detect abuse or fraud
• Your account is inactive for 12+ months
• We sunset the App (with 30-day notice)

Consequences

Upon termination:

• Your access ends immediately
• Your data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payments remain due

Shuttlerank is provided "as-is" and "as available."

• We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or accuracy
• You are responsible for verifying game data entered into the app

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Lost profits or data
• App downtime or errors
• Damages caused by third parties

Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finus Labs from any claims or losses resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Content you post or submit through the App

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters, wars, government restrictions, labor strikes, or internet outages.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights or obligations without restriction.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Finus Labs regarding Shuttlerank.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• We may notify you of material changes via email or App notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
